For international clients with requirements across multiple areas — property, healthcare, education, lifestyle, and relocation — managing introductions and coordination across separate providers can be fragmented and time-consuming. Montreux Real Estate offers a single, trusted point of contact across all of these areas.

We do not replace specialist advisors. We complement them — acting as a private coordinator who understands the client's situation, maintains continuity across engagements, and ensures that the right introductions are made at the right time.

Private client relationships are built on trust. We do not discuss client engagements with third parties, we do not share client information without explicit consent, and we do not maintain public records of our client relationships.

Our network is maintained on the same basis. The partners we work with are selected in part for their understanding of confidentiality — and their ability to operate within it.

Every private client engagement begins with a direct conversation. We listen carefully, ask the right questions, and take time to understand the client's situation before making any introductions or recommendations.

We do not charge for initial consultations. We do not operate on a retainer model by default — though retained arrangements are available for clients who require ongoing coordination. Our commercial arrangements are discussed openly and agreed in advance.

We work with a limited number of private clients at any one time. This is intentional. It allows us to give each engagement the attention it deserves.
