Montreux Real Estate facilitates introductions to selected Swiss properties across Geneva, Zurich, the Swiss Riviera, Verbier, Gstaad, and other premium locations. We work with a carefully maintained network of brokers and private vendors — many of whom operate exclusively off-market.

Our role is that of a trusted intermediary. We coordinate introductions and facilitate access to the right parties at the right time — allowing clients to engage with selected agencies and advisors according to their individual requirements.

For international clients relocating to Switzerland, we provide end-to-end coordination across the practical dimensions of the move — from property search and school introductions to administrative guidance and local orientation.

Switzerland's cantonal system, residency requirements, and local property market can be complex to navigate from abroad. We simplify the process by acting as a single point of contact, coordinating across our network on the client's behalf.

We work with families, executives, and private individuals relocating from the Middle East, Asia, the United Kingdom, and other international markets.

A significant proportion of premium Swiss property transactions occur outside the public market. Through our network of trusted partners, we are able to facilitate introductions to properties that are not publicly listed — providing clients with access that is not available through conventional channels.
